Well, well, well… Here we go again. After our first interview with The Partners, we continue our series with some other fun little Huemans. And these ones are quite something. They're, oh, so different in every aspect, and yet they get to work in the same department. Life is full of wonders, isn’t it?

So, long story short, we give you Dora — Social Media Advertiser, Radu — Social Media Advertiser, and Robert — Social Media Manager, our magical Social Media team (or, as we call them: the guys with the ads).

What’s your favorite time of day?

Dora: Evenings, especially summer evenings.

Radu: 10am-12pm.

Robert: Night time.

2. What’s your biggest weakness?

Dora: I overthink.

Radu: I procrastinate.

Robert: I tend to overthink some things which are not that important.

3. What’s your biggest strength?

Dora: I’m a good listener.

Radu: I keep my word.

Robert: I’m fairly good with numbers, and I’m analytical. These two definitely help a lot in advertising.

4. What’s the biggest learning experience you’ve had?

Dora: Probably my time at Hueman, where I got the chance to practice the theoretical concepts I studied in university.

Radu: My internship at Hueman.

Robert: I learned quite a few things since I joined Hueman, so this would be one of the biggest learning experiences so far.

5. When are you the most inspired?

Dora: When I’m clear-headed.

Radu: When I'm relaxed.

Robert: You never know when inspiration hits you, but when it does, I think it’s better to just roll with it and see what you come up with.

6. What song can you listen to on repeat?

Dora: The Knife — Pass this on

Radu: Faust — Fără panică

Robert: Spotify told me that I listened to “Lifetime” by Swedish House Mafia waaaaay too many times last year 🤷‍♂️ But generally when I find a song I like, it gets played quite a lot on repeat.

7. What’s one thing people don’t know about you?

Dora: That I appeared in a movie.

Radu: I use humour as a defense mechanism.

Robert: Dunno, ask me next time and hopefully I’ll have an answer.

8. Print or digital?

Dora: Print.

Radu: Digital.

Robert: Digital.

9. How would you define yourself in three words?

Dora: Dedicated, sensitive, empathetic.

Radu: Friendly beer enthusiast.

Robert: Night owl, creative, analytical.

10. What’s your current favorite campaign from the Hueman portofolio?

Dora: The campaign launched in 2020, on March 8, for Monte Banato.

Radu: Monte Banato — Christmas Campaign 2020

Robert: Kind of all the ones that had e-commerce objectives. And a campaign that has not yet been implemented but I’m looking forward to. 😎🍕🥳🎉

11. What’s a must have item in an agency?

Dora: The coffee machine.

Radu: Alcohol.

Robert: In no specific order: cool office, lots of coffee, great peers & good vibes.

12. What book did you most recently finish?

Dora: Marius Mihalca — Ghidul Sclifositei

Radu: Microwave Oven Instructions manual

Robert: Not an avid book reader. I’d rather do online research on any subject that interests me.

13. How do you start your day?

Dora: Snuggling Thomas, my cat.

Radu: 6 alarms and a mildly optimistic vibe.

Robert: Weekdays, 30–45 mins’ of snoozing the alarms. 😂

14. What’s the one thing you wish you knew at age 19?

Dora: That it is useless to stress so much for college exams.

Radu: Don't stress over things you can't control (I still do it, but when i was 19 I didn't even know the quote so yeah). [Note: Radu was 19 like 5 minutes ago]

Robert: Probably to have a better idea of what I want and don’t want to do in life.

15. What would the 19 year you think about you today?

Dora: “Come on, you’re good.”

Radu: The 2 years ago Radu probably wouldn’t be very proud, but I’m getting there.

Robert: That I should pursuit some things harder and some things less.

16. What do you love the most about advertising?

Dora: The fact that you never get bored, new trends always appear. Also, the fact that it is a creative field.

Radu: Constantly learning new things.

Robert: It’s never boring. You always have something to do, something to optimize, something to improve.

17. What’s something you can’t do?

Dora: Cartwheel.

Radu: Stay serious for more than 30 mins.

Robert: Grow hair. 😅

18. What’s something you don’t want to be doing in 10 years?

Dora: I don’t want to doubt myself so much anymore.

Radu: What the client says.

Robert: Talking with Social Media platforms chat support.

19. What’s your favorite part of a project?

Dora: Brainstorming with the team.

Radu: When it's done.

Robert: When the targets are accomplished.

20. What’s the best thing that happened this year?

Dora: I dared to make an Instagram and Facebook page for my passion.

Radu: I made myself the Efficiency Manager. It’s made up but it makes me happy.

Robert: Too early in the year to answer this, but I have a few things.

21. What’s a trend in advertising you would like to disappear forever?

Dora: Agressive marketing.

Radu: Ads on Instagram stories.

Robert: Pop-up ads and political ads.

22. When do you feel productive

Dora: When I’m not stressed and I’m in a good mood.

Radu: When i can get most of my tasks done quickly and without interruption.

Robert: Whenever I can focus on working on the task at hand without having too many interruptions.

23. Social Media or Classic Media?

Dora: Social Media, duh!

Radu: Social Media.

Robert: SM FTW.

24. WFH or office work?

Dora: Office work. It helps the mental health. :))

Radu: In an ideal scenario, I’d go to the office from Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays I’d work from home.

Robert: Generally, from the office. But I like the idea of having some WFH days here & there, especially when you have to do something that requires a lot of focus and attention to detail.

25. What’s your favorite kind of project?

Dora: The ones where I leave the office and interact with various people.

Radu: The ones that get me the chance to get out of the office and interact with the client and the brand.

Robert: The one that is creative and it revolves around a subject that I enjoy or have some know-how.

26. Budget > Idea ?

Dora: Yes, it’s useless to have a good idea if your budget does not allow you to implement it.

Radu: Idea > Budget.

Robert: Budget ≥ Ideea. There has to be a certain balance. You can have the biggest and boldest ideas, but with a very limited budget, they will end up as being just some cool proposals written down in an email and not being implemented, ever. At least not in the way you envisioned them. Of course, you can compromise here & there, but in the end, you want to implement the idea you believe in, not part of the idea.
