We know. A big name is important for so many reasons. It has history, a culture, experience, the best employees and very often brands tend to choose an agency with a big name. But being small it’s not always an inconvenience. We learnt that sometimes is better to be small, as long as you think big.

Work it Harder
Being small means you sometimes need to work your a** off to get the job done. But it also means you have to get creative and get the best of your team, and that’s a great exercise that works on your favour. Harder doesn’t necessarily mean more difficult. It means that the group of people involved in the creative process is smaller and often more effective. Also, because a small agency wants to prove they’re as good as a big one, they will literally work harder to get the best result.
Make it Better
Small agencies don’t aim for good, they aim for amazing. Speaking from our experience, we got the change to take part on pitches alongside worldwide famous agencies and we really took it as a challenge. For us it wasn’t just another pitch, it was a way to show what we’re capable of, to exceed our own expectations, our own limits, and to create the best thing we created up to that point.
Do it Faster
This must be The Advantage. A small agency has this super power of delivering projects on time, of maintaining a closer, more human relationship with the client and of focusing on every aspect of the collaboration on a more personal level. It's because we are a handful of people and each and everyone of us is involved.
We make things faster not because we're better than everyone else. No. But because it's easier for us to collaborate within the agency and with the client. We're always there, no matter what.
Makes us Stronger
For us, being a small agency, every campaign is a challenge that teaches us a very valuable lesson. We always evolve and it's extremely visible. We're getting better everyday because we (almost) never say no to new things, we embrace our flaws and we don't settle for less. We're always trying to be a step forward, always searching for the next big idea that gets us out of our confort zone. We may be small, but we think big.
